TERRI'S TUNA TORPEDOES


That's right, romaine lettuce leaves instead of bread.
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 8 almonds or pecans chopped
- 1/8 cup dried cranberries
- 1 green onion
- chopped carrot
- 2 small stalks celery chopped
 

GREEN TUNA

Just a little Avocado...don't be scared!
- 1 can albacore tuna
- 1 can skipjack tuna
- 2 tbsn mayo
- 1 ripe avocado
- pinch of cumin and pepper
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 green onion


CURRY TUNA - SALMON SALAD


Yup, two cousins in harmony
- 1 can yellowfin tuna
- 1 can boneless skinless salmon (or if you like that stuff, get it)
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- 2 dashes tabasco
