Turkey-Chicken Burgers

Turkey is a great source of protein and adding chicken to the mix gives these burgers great meat texture to dress up with all sorts of flavors. This recipe is mushroom-garlic-rosemary-thyme, with a little added sheep's cheese. Delicious! Try a double batch to have enough for most of the week.


1# ground turkey

1# ground chicken breast

1/2 cup quinoa flour

3 cloves garlic

1/2 cup chopped onion

3 large shitake mushrooms chopped

1 tspn chopped Rosemary

1 tspn chopped Thyme

1 tspn pepper

1 tspn salt

2 eggs beaten

1/4 cup sheep's cheese


Saute at low heat in 3 tspn olive oil
